Our EV range of outer garments offer both inherent and treated flame retardancy (FR). They also all contain an antistatic grid to disperse static discharge, avoiding the risk of sparks in an explosive environment.

Knits - Inherent FR
All our Knits are inherent FR which increased the comfort and breathability, the FR technology is Mod-acrylic and is inherent in the fibres giving a prolonged permanent life. The FR protection in theses fibres will not wash out.

Woven - Poly/Cotton - Chemical Fire Retardant (FR)Treated Fabric
We have a selection of FR treated garments, these are made from a blend of polyester and cotton. The FR property is a chemical that is applied to the tubular cotton fibres and locked within (like water in a straw). This is permanent and cannot be washed out, however the fibres can show some degradation (holes, thread bare, staining) therefore we recommend a maximum of 50 washes.

Woven - Modacrylic - Inherent FR
Our woven Mod-acrylic garments are made from a blend of Mod-acrylic, cotton and polyamide and offer inherent FR properties, these properties are permanent and cannot be washed out of the fibres.

Multinorm Flamestat Jacket
Reflective detail on shoulders and cuffs. Front placket opening with full front length zip closure to top of collar and a concealed snap fastening.
Right side worn bellowed chest pocket with flap and concealed snap fastening, inside D-ring and pen strap. Left as worn chest pocket with zip, concealed buttons and loops for sheath knife, microphone holder. Two front lower pockets with zip closure. Inside pocket with button and mobile pocket with Velcro® fastening and loop for earpiece. Adjustable cuffs with snap fastening, adjustable drawstring hem.

Flamestat Jacket
Concealed stud front fastening. Two breast pockets with concealed stud fastening flaps. Set in sleeves. Action back.

Flamestat Nordic Style Coverall
Concealed stud front fastening. Two breast pockets with concealed stud fastening flaps. Set in sleeves. Action back and side waist elastication. Two side swing pockets in self fabric with trouser access. Rule pocket to right leg.

Long Johns
Inherent flame retardant t-shirt with long sleeves. Thumb holes and contrast orange stitching. Longer length back with side vents and a ribbed collar.
